Laut Statistik entfielen auf Faserlaser im Jahr 2020 52,7% des industriellen Lasermarktes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund der Eigenschaften des Ausgangsstrahls lassen sich Faserlaser in zwei Kategorien einteilen: Dauerlaser und Pulslaser. Was sind die technischen Unterschiede zwischen den beiden und f\u00fcr welche Anwendungsszenarien sind sie geeignet? Im Folgenden finden Sie einen einfachen Vergleich von Anwendungen in allgemeinen Situationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie der Name schon sagt, ist die Laserleistung eines kontinuierlichen Faserlasers kontinuierlich, und die Leistung wird auf einem festen Niveau gehalten. Diese Leistung ist die Nennleistung des Lasers. Der Vorteil von Dauerstrich-Faserlasern ist der langfristig stabile Betrieb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Laser des Pulslasers ist \"intermittierend\". Nat\u00fcrlich ist diese intermittierende Zeit oft sehr kurz und wird normalerweise in Millisekunden, Mikrosekunden oder sogar Nanosekunden und Pikosekunden gemessen. Im Vergleich zu kontinuierlichen Lasern \u00e4ndert sich die Intensit\u00e4t von Pulslasern st\u00e4ndig, daher gibt es die Begriffe \"Crest\" und \"Trough\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die Pulsmodulation kann der gepulste Laser schnell freigesetzt werden und an der Spitzenposition die maximale Leistung erreichen, aber aufgrund der vorhandenen Senke ist die durchschnittliche Leistung relativ gering. Gleichzeitig eignet er sich auch f\u00fcr w\u00e4rmeempfindliche Materialien, die keine anhaltend hohe Hitze vertragen, sowie f\u00fcr einige hochreflektierende Materialien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anhand der Ausgangsleistungscharakteristik der beiden Ger\u00e4te k\u00f6nnen wir die Unterschiede in der Anwendung analysieren.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CW-Faserlaser sind im Allgemeinen geeignet f\u00fcr:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Verarbeitung von Gro\u00dfger\u00e4ten, wie z. B. Fahrzeug- und Schiffsmaschinen, Schneiden und Verarbeitung von gro\u00dfen Stahlplatten und andere Verarbeitungen, die nicht empfindlich auf thermische Effekte reagieren, aber empfindlicher auf Kosten sind<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
